Johan Scholtz joins Provantage

Johan Scholtz has joined Provantage as financial and commercial director. Scholtz brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked for a number of heavyweight companies in South Africa and abroad.

A qualified chartered accountant, Scholtz studied at RAU (now University of Johannesburg) and did his articles at Ernst and Young. His profession took him to Ireland and Eastern Europe, where he worked for KPMG. After three years he returned to South Africa and took the position of financial manager for Dis-Chem, where after four years he was promoted to financial director. After a two year period as financial director at Dis-Chem he resigned to further his career.
